There are 6-7 w/in a block of Waring’s GYM ON 19 Street if you include

Restaurants & 7-11. Three of them are boutique coffee shops. Personally, I’m fine with straight black 7-11 or WaWa coffee. About as foo foo as I’ll order is an Americana at Starbucks no cream or sugar.
